Case Study, Bournemouth Oceanarium, Bournemouth seafront
Bournemouth Oceanarium Scaffolding
Up Top Scaffolding erected an access scaffold around the main entrance of Bournemouth Oceanarium, one of the town's best known seafront attractions. The structure sits between the building's two domed towers and gives safe working access to the upper facade, while the Oceanarium stayed open to visitors throughout.

01 What we did
Independent tube and fitting scaffold built around the entrance, with boarded working lifts and ladder access.
Mesh brick guards on the working lifts to keep tools and materials contained above a busy public walkway.
Raking supports at ground level to keep the structure stable without tying into the curved towers.
Pedestrian barriers around the base so visitors could reach the entrance safely while work went on above.
